A Great Big Pile Of Leaves Announce Plans To Release Two EP's on Nov 1

Brooklyn indie rock trio AGreat Big Pile of Leaves will release two new EP’s on November1st. Both EP’s consist of new and re-recorded songs and will be availabledigitally and on vinyl only. The first,Live from the Living Room- Volume One, ajoint release from Boston, MA’sTopshelf Records and Brookyn, NY indie, Pressing Matters, runby Motion City Soundtrack keyboardist Jesse Johnson, was recorded inJohnson’s living room. The second, a studio effort titled Boom, will be released by TopshelfRecords. Moredetails regarding both releases will be announced shortly. Described as a “whimsical, super-catchy, upbeat,foot-stomping, hand-clapping, sing-along good time,” A Great Big Pile of Leaves self-released an albumtitled Have You Seen My Prefrontal Cortex?in 2010, that was eventually picked up by upstartlabel Sinking Ship Records.
