With tape on their guitars and a penchant for persistent dancing, The Holidays brought their unstoppable grooves to Austin in full force all the way from their native Australia. The band injected a fresh energy into their tropical tunes, a welcome vacation from the more regular bands in the genre of escapist pop. The band played a few off their debut album Post Paradise, although it certainly didnt seem like they were anywhere past their perfect climate of songwriting, enthusiasm, and frenzied fun.
