After invading airwaves worldwide with Duck Sauce's whistling hit "Barbra Streisand," releasing their first full-length LPs, and packing out Brooklyn Bowl for their three-year label anniversary party (guest starring a Kanye West fellow you may have heard of), indie powerhouse Fool's Gold is back doing what they do best: curating the most exciting new singles from clubland and beyond.
First up is the ultra-catchy "Keep Up" by Treasure Fingers, a modern day freestyle singalong featuring newcomer Haley Small and Treasure Fingers' own sparkling vocoder work. It comes backed by a funky house mix from dance legend Kenny Dope and a turbocharged electro version by Jackson of Warp Records fame.

On the other end of the electronic spectrum is Jokers Of The Scene's "Joking Victim," a hypnotic, nine-and-a-half minute stomper coming hot on the heels of JOTS' industrial-inspired remix of Salem's "Asia." Remixes by DFA's Shit Robot and Vin Sol turn up the drum machines for maximum disco enjoyment.

The Jokers themselves put it all in context with their deep new "Don't Become Another Victim Yourself" mix, premiered today by The FADER.

These tracks couldn't be more diverse or addictive, and provide further proof of why A-Trak and Nick Catchdubs' Fool's Gold is the most consistent record label around. Grab the new Treasure Fingers and JOTS singles on Beatport, iTunes and everywhere else fine music is sold. Stay tuned for new tunes, parties and more from FG!
Fool's Gold shoots for the pleasure centers marked "fun," and manages to keep poking them without feeling grating or lightweight. - NEW YORK MAGAZINE
