International Superstar Debi Nova Releases First Single From US Debut Album

International superstar Debi Nova has officially released the first single from her US debut! The infectious "Drummer Boy" is available on iTunes this week, and it will appear on her forthcoming full-length album, Luna Nueva, due out in the spring.

A resident of Costa Rica and the US, Nova sings in both English and Spanish on the upcoming release, combining her native tongue and the language of her adopted homeland. "The idea of singing in both English and Spanish on the album wasn't planned," Nova says. "As I was writing the songs, I found myself naturally blending the two because it's something I do every day...The world is becoming smaller and I'm proud to represent that." Luna Nueva is a genre-defying blend of music that anyone can enjoy and proof that pop music really is a universal language. With six Grammy Award nominated projects (Black Eyed Peas, Ricky Martin, Mark Ronson…) and a number one dance single under her belt, singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Debi Nova is ready to make her mark on the rest of the world.
